Excellent team 👏 I have been with SPG Real Estate & Asset Management since day zero of my investment properties. Paul the owner did the hand-over keys on my behalf and quickly turned into rental properties smoothly in early 2020. All communication handled with ease and professionally by his team. I have experienced with a few Property managers within SPG team throughout the six years and build good relationships with them. It is crucial for me, when I feel that I am mattered, being heard of and well looked after. Previously I had Tania, then Shayla and now with Grace. I feel grateful when Grace came back from her maternity leave and agreed to be my property manager once again. Woulld definitely recommend SPG asset management Taylor  was very helpful from the start to finish every inspection. She was very polite. We used to have little chats.
